Like a car boot sale but no money changes hands – everything is given away free and this helps unwanted things get reused not trashed.

On The Day
Stewards will be in place by 12:30pm, DONORS and REHOMERS please help us out by not arriving before then :-)
If you are a DONOR please arrive no earlier than 12:45pm and if at all possible no later than 1:30pm … and thank you for donating, without you Freecycle just wouldn’t work.
If you are a REHOMER you can arrive whenever you want but please notice the above guidance for DONOR’s … and thank you for rehoming, without you Freecycle just wouldn’t work.
Finishing Time
Freecycle is usually a speedy event, and although there is no fixed end time, it finishes when REHOMERS and/or DONORS leave. Usually this is at about 2pm. Yes 2pm !

Or in this case another woman’s treasure! Sometimes you can see something at a Freecycle event and immediately have a picture of how it can be given a second lease of life. This was the case with these old iron brackets - the perfect solution for Den’s bathroom shelving.
Touched up with a lick of black paint and some stylish storage it’s perfect example of turning ‘trash into treasure’
